Sectors in which we invest

Real Estate Industry

The real estate sector was subjected to an important break  in 2008, de facto depriving itself form the super appraisals that it had undergone over the previous decades.

After a period of adjustment and a downsizing of the values in the running, real estate returns to be a cost-effective investment.

Properties have reached real prices below which they will not fall anymore. Here we identify ourselves with the famous common saying "the house never loses its value". The buildings are real proprieties that will always be needed. Maybe the needs of people in real estate will change and investors will have to adapt, but the need for a property will not change. The decision to purchase or rent a house, however deferred, sooner or later will have to be completed.

The real secret to investing in real estate is, actually, knowing how to do it by creating more opportunities on the same building, always guaranteeing alternatives over time. A safe and profitable real estate investment is always possible, regardless of the tendency in the country's economic situation and industry trends.

Energy Department

Highs and lows, today all investment sectors are subject to an oscillating trend. Energy, a commodity for our survival, is an element of which the world is voracious. Our daily life is energy consumption and for us investing in this sector is strategic and fundamental.

In fact, a question that many analysts try to answer every day is: Where to invest in the future?

This question was answered by the Bank of New York Mellon, who published the annual "Alternatives 2017" report in which were identified some forms of alternative investment to the usual shares and bonds. According to BNY Mellon, one of the new ways to earn money is to invest in the Energy market, a sector in clear development characterized by a good relationship between risk and return. Both the renewable Energy Generators and the infrastructures, likewise important for the distribution of energy in the territory, are stable and strategic elements for any country. In the coming years, many countries will invest more decisively in the renewable sector, in accordance with the global plan to reduce CO2 emissions in the air, which has reached a worrying threshold. But the growth of investments will have to be connected with the increase of the infrastructures, to distribute the energy produced directly to the user. We invest in the Energy sector to offer stable cash flows, inflation-related returns and guarantees on commodities.

Water Department

H20 is perhaps one of the best known chemical formulas. It represents water, an element that constitute about 74% of the earth's surface, although only 1% is drinkable.

This chemical compound is not only an essential resource for our body, but also for various economic and productive activities. Just think, for example, of the agricultural and industrial sectors. The term water management is increasingly getting a foothold at the managerial summit of multinational companies that are gradually equipping themselves with ad hoc programs for a more efficient and ecological management of this precious asset. The management of water and infrastructure for the distribution of the same, is also affecting the governments of many countries. The European Investment Bank (EIB) is the largest source of financing for the global water sector.

A report published by the OECD highlights that by 2030 most of the countries' investments will concentrate on water infrastructure. For these and other reasons in the "distant" March 2008 the business bank Goldman Sachs had defined water as "the new oil". In light of this, the water sector is an investment opportunity. We invest in international patents on water management and in natural sources with bottling lines.

Investing in innovation and digital technologies repays, although in different ways according to the type of industry. In a nutshell, this is the result of the analysis contained in the World Economic Forum "Digital Transformation Initiative: Maximizing the Return on Digital Investments" report.

The relationship between the industrial world and innovative technologies is not always idyllic because, often, the adoption of new tools and operational methods involves radical changes not only in the company structure, but also in the way of thinking about strategies and investments for the future. However, especially in a period of time when competition is very high, and is increasingly shifting from local scenarios to a global horizon, it is necessary that every business, regardless of the type of business and the size, face the risks and opportunities, related to digital. For that reason, such business should orientate its path to effectively intercept the most promising and indicated technologies for its growth and optimization of costs and profit. To move forwards the technological progress already ongoing of Industry 4.0 and Internet 2.0, are needed infrastructures dedicated to data management using the new Blockchain encryption technology. Being an extremely energy-intensive technology, we invest in Cripto Farm powered by energy produced by our Green systems.
